摘  要:作为余热回收最具潜力的技术手段,有机朗肯循环在大型船舶上的研究也越来越广泛。以一大型二冲程船舶柴油机为研究对象,采用有机朗肯循环余热回收系统对其低温热源进行了能量回收,并对余热回收系统的工质进行了优选。结果表明:有机朗肯循环可对船舶主机中的低温余热进行有效地回收利用,可有效降低发动机的油耗,进而降低船舶的运行成本。Organic Rankine cycle(ORC)is applied in large ships more and more widely,which acts as the most potential waste heat recovery(WHR)technology.In this paper,taking a large2-stroke marine diesel engine as research object,aninvestigation is conducted on the performance of ORC system to recovery low-temperature waste heat aboard ship,as well as the working fluid selection of the WHR system.The results show that it is effective to recover the low-temperaturewaste heat energy of marine engine effectively by means of ORC.Therefore,the ORC is an effective way to reduce the fuel consumption of the marine engine,thus to reduce the operation cost of navigation.
