摘　　要：面对快速城镇化转型,传统粗放的城市设计思路与方法已经跟不上我国城镇建设的步伐,提高城市设计水平是现阶段我国城镇建设的重要工作。英国动态规划的思想在我国已有探索,而动态城市设计的思想还未获得共识。基于此,以系统论作为理论基础,笔者首先提出将城市设计看作是一种思维方式;其次,通过分析基于城市设计的价值逻辑行为向度,提出一个双向契合的动态逻辑框架;第三,转变范式思维,从整体思维、运筹思维和设计思维构建城市设计的动态思维模式,明确了动态城市设计的整体思路,动态城市设计的组织流程、输出流程和动态城市设计的迭代循优过程。希望通过由浅入深地论述动态城市设计的思维路径和思维方法研究,对后续的城市设计理论方法与实践研究具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。In the face of rapid urbanization,the traditional extensive urban design ideas and methods have been unable to keep up with the pace of urban construction in our country.The idea of dynamic programming has been explored in our country,and the idea of dynamic urban design has not yet reached a consensus.For this,on the basis of system theory,firstly,we put forward the urban design as a way of thinking.Secondly,based on the analysis of the value logic behavior orientation of urban design,we put forward a dynamic logic framework.Thirdly,change the paradigm of thinking,construct the dynamic thinking mode of city design from the overall thinking,research thinking and design thinking.We also discuss the overall idea of dynamic urban design,organizational process,output flowing process and iterative optimization process of dynamic urban design.We hope that through deep discussion of dynamic urban design thinking pathways and thinking methods,there will be some guidance and reference for the following theoretical and practical research on urban design.
