工业建筑叙事的空间特色营造──以长沙湘江风光带工业建筑改造为例

摘　　要：工业建筑如何在城市空间的改造中显现自有特色是一个日渐需要关心的问题,该文对工业建筑叙事进行定义,接着说明影响工业建筑的三个重要因素:即物质要素、非物质要素和主体对空间特色的认知。然后,以长沙湘江风光带两个工业建筑改造为例进行案例分析,从物质要素的保护与更新——场景式叙事和非物质要素叙事——营造特色性认知空间两个方面进行分析,紧扣实例,分析其叙事特色凸现的得与失,以期对城市工业建筑改造的空间特色问题提出相关建议。How industrial buildings show their own characteristics in the transformation of urban space is an issue that needs increasing concern.irstly,we explore the definition of industrial buildings narration and illustrate three important factors that affected the industrial buildings,namely the material elements,non-material elements,and space cognition of human.Then,we study two cases of regeneration of industrial building at one side of Xiangjiang River in Changsha,including scene style narration for the protection and regeneration of material elements and narration of non-material elements that created characteristic spatial cognitive to figure out its advantages and disadvantages.Finally,we hope to provide some suggestions for space characteristics narration of industrial buildings regeneration in city.
