摘　　要：针对学校软件工程专业传统实践教学模式存在的不足,提出了一种基于卓越人才培养的P2P实践教学模式,其将卓越人才培养思维融入到实践教学中。该教学模式可以有效缓解实践指导教师数量不足的压力,达到了深度指导学生全覆盖的目的,为软件工程专业卓越人才培养提供了行之有效的教学方法。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional practice teaching mode of software engineering major in schools,a P2P practical teaching mode based on excellent talent training is proposed,which integrates excellent personnel training thinking into practice teaching.The teaching mode can effectively relieve the pressure of the shortage of practice instructors and achieve the goal of guiding students in all aspects and provide effective teaching methods for talents training of software engineering major.
