药学学科研究生量化评价体系的建立

摘　　要：围绕药学学科研究生的培养目标,构筑了由药学专业研究生的品德行为、专业学习、文体活动和科学研究四大模块组成的测评体系,采取学生自评和教师审核相结合的评价方法。通过量化评价体系的实施,能够鼓励研究生积极参加集体活动,激励研究生的科研热情,有助于药学学科研究生的个性发展和创新性能力的培养。Around medicine of graduate cultivation target,constructed by the medicine specialized graduate student's moral behavior,professional learning and recreational activity and scientific research assessment system of four modules,take the self-evaluation of students and teachers review the evaluation method of combining.Through the implementation of the quantitative evaluation system,to encourage graduate students to actively take part in collective activity,motivate the graduate student's scientific research enthusiasm,helps to pharmic graduate student's personality development and the cultivation of innovative ability.
