高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化的对接研究

摘　　要：高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化的对接是未来高职人才培养目标的需求,也是企业可持续发展对健康人才的需要。从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个维度将企业体育文化与高职校园体育文化进行对接,能够有效培养大学生的体育参与意识。这样,不仅能满足高职人才培养目标,而且能够提升企业的核心竞争力,促进企业员工的身心健康发展。两种文化的有效对接,取长补短,资源共享,更好地培养身心健全的专业性应用技术人才。The docking between campus sports culture and enterprise sports culture meets the demand of the goal of cultivating vocational talents as well as that of enterprisse themselves for sound talents if they are to achieve sustainable development.This paper proposes to dock enterprise sports culture with vocational college campus sports culture from three dimensions:material culture,system culture and spiritual culture.This docking can effectively cultivate students’awareness of participating in sports and it not only satisfi esthe goal of vocational talent training but also enhances the core competiveness of enetrprises and promotes the physical and mental health of their employees.The effective docking of the two cultures can make compensations for each other and share resources with each other and therefore,professional applied talents with sound mental and physical ehalth can be better cultivated.
