摘 要:目的利用CBCT测量并比较不同矢状骨性错高角型成年女性患者的髁突相关参数(体积、表面积、关节前间隙、上间隙及后间隙),为临床提供参考。方法从青岛市口腔医院影像科CBCT资料库筛选骨性错高角型成年女性患者,分为骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ1类、Ⅲ类,各30例。将样本的CBCT影像以DICOM3.0医学数字图像通讯标准存储,用软件Mimics10.01读取并进行髁突三维重建,测量上述相关并进行统计学分析。结果 3组左、右侧髁突的相关测量项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于髁突关节前间隙、关节后间隙,3组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于髁突关节上间隙,骨性Ⅰ类与骨性Ⅱ1类间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),骨性Ⅰ类与骨性Ⅲ类、骨性Ⅱ1类与骨性Ⅲ类间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同矢状向骨性错高角型成年女性患者的髁突位置具有一定差异性。Objective To measure and compare condyle-related indexes(volume,surface area,anterior space,upper space and posterior space)in adult female patients with different sagittal malocclusions with the aim of providing a reference for clinical treatment.Methods The CBCT database of Qingdao Stomatology Hospital was searched to identify patients with high-angle adult skeletal malformations with the following classifications:classⅠ(n=30),classⅡ(n=30),and classⅢ(n=30).The CBCT images associated with the sample population were stored according to DICOM3.0medical digital image communication standards.Mimics10.01software was used to read and prepare three-dimensional reconstructions of the condylar,and the above-listed indicators were measured and statistically analyzed.Results There were no significant differences between the right and left sides among the three groups(P>0.05).For parameters including condylar anterior joint space and post-joint space,the differences among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in parameters related to condylar articular space between classⅠand classⅡ(P>0.05).The differences between skeletal classesⅠandⅢand between skeletal ClassesⅡ,andⅢwere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Condylar position varies among high-angle adult woman with skeletal malocclusions with different sagittal skeletal patterns.
