摘　　要：YAP是Hippo信号通路的主要效应因子,在正常机体内具有高度保守性,起着介导细胞信号转导、调控转录因子的作用,参与调节细胞增殖和凋亡。本文将通过介绍YAP在卵巢癌、肺癌、前列腺癌、胰腺癌、胃癌及结肠癌中的表达情况及在这些肿瘤发生发展中的作用,阐述YAP与肿瘤的关系。进而为YAP在肿瘤中的基因治疗提供理论依据。YAP is the major effect factor of Hippo signaling pathway,and is highly conserved in the normal body,It plays a role in mediating cell signal transduction and regulating transcription factors,and is involved in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis.This paper will introduce the expression of YAP in ovarian cancer,lung cancer,bladder cancer,prostate cancer,pancreatic cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer and its role in the occurrence and development of these tumors,illustrates the re-lationship between YAP and tumor.proceed to the next step to provide theoretical basis for gene therapy of YAP in tumors.
