摘　　要：目的:对原发性闭角型青光眼术后并发睫状环阻滞性青光眼的患者实施护理干预的临床效果分析。方法:以本院80例原发性闭角型青光眼术后并发睫状环阻滞性青光眼的患者为研究目标,以抓阄的方式将其分为两组,护理组实施针对性的护理,对照组实施常规护理,对其护理后临床效果、护理效果等进行分析。结果:护理后,较对照组相比,护理组的临床效果、护理满意度均较高,住院时间、恢复时间均较短,P<0.05。结论:青光眼对患者影响较大,实施针对性的护理后其临床效果较好,能够显著提高治疗效果,同时显著缩短住院时间,显著促进其恢复,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with ciliary ring glaucoma.Methods:80patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with ciliary ring glaucoma were selected as the research goal.The nursing group was divided into two groups by way of lottery.Nursing group was treated with targeted care.Group of routine care,the clinical effects of nursing care,nursing effects were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the nursing group were higher than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time and recovery time were shorter(P<C0.05).Conclusion:Glaucoma has a great influence on the patients,and the clinical effect is better after the implementation of targeted care.It can significantly improve the treatment effect and significantly shorten the hospitalization time and promote the recovery.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
