黄羽鸡MG抗体消长规律及免疫基准线的建立

摘　　要：运用间接ELISA方法对不同日龄(0 d、21d、35 d、75 d、126 d、168 d、245d、315d)的黄羽鸡采集血清样品,分6个批次,每批次46份样本,共计2208份血清样品进行鸡败血支原体(MG)抗体检测,测定抗体消长规律,确定免疫基准线。结果发现,在0 d时母源抗体为主,抗体滴度在1791~5105之间,抗体阳性率为75.36%,21d时母源抗体基本消退,抗体滴度最低,降到276.43,抗体阳性率仅为1.09%;35d抗体提升缓慢,仅有8.7%的鸡抗体达到阳性,70d时41.67%的鸡群达到免疫阳性,到126d达到免疫高峰期,一直持续到168d,245d抗体开始缓慢下降。6个批次鸡只有批次4在0~245d的抗体整齐度最高,差异最小,其余批次存在一定差异。鸡群抗体均匀度在21d最高,35d其次,70d第三,其余日龄差异不大,为第四。首次确定黄羽鸡抗体基准线,即0d在2907.23~4168.09之间,平均3065.97;21d在408.38~494.50之间,平均450.44;35d在627.49~737.08之间,平均682.29;70d在1669.45~2225.48之间,平均1947.47;126d在5607.43~6490.64之间,平均6049.03;168d在5814.54~6821.81之间,平均6318.18;245d在5244.19~6214.56之间,平均5729.38;315d在4774.88~5515.73之间,平均5145.30。Serum samples were collected from yellow chickens at different ages(0d,21d,35d,75d,126d,168d,245d,315d).A total of2208serum samples were divided into six batches of46samples to be examined on mycoplasma gallisepticum(MG)antibodies by indirect ELISA.The dynamical antibodies of MG were determined and the immune baseline was established.The results showed that the maternal antibodies,positive rate for75.36%,were predominant at0day and the antibody titer was between1791and5105.At21days,the maternal antibody nearly disappeared,the lowest dropped to276.43and the positive rate of antibody was only1.09%.The antibody level increased slowly at35days,only8.70%positive rate of antibody.The positive rate of antibody was41.67%.The antibody level reached a peak at126days and remained at168days.At245d antibody levels began a slow decline.There was the minimal significant difference in only batch4in6batches of chicken antibodies,most neat from0to245d and there were some differences the remaining batches.Antibody uniformity was the highest in21days,followed by35days,70days.The difference of the remaining days of the batches was no significant.The antibody baseline of the yellow feathers was determined for the first time.0d was from2907.23to4168.09,the average of3065.97;21d was from408.38to494.50,the average of450.44;35d was from627.49to737.08,the average of682.29;70d was from1669.45to2225.48,the average of1947.47;126d was between5607.43~6490.64,the average of6049.03;168d was from5814.54to6821.81,the average of6318.18;245d was from5244.19to6214.56,the average of5729.38;315d was from4774.88to5515.73,the average of5145.30.
