摘 要:跨境电商是国际贸易行业的新业态,目前企业间的跨境电商还是采用线上线下结合的贸易方式,信用证支付在跨境电商B2B中依然扮演着重要角色。作为外贸出口业务员,能够善于利用信用证这一有力支付工具,防范软条款风险,信用证提交所需单据需要取决于效率以及现实性等基本条件为原则。信用证受益人为了确保自己的商业风险降到最低,则需要采取适当的措施,包括信用证的统一格式,条款的标准化,确保及时足额地收回货款。本文以外贸公司的跨境电商出口业务的信用证软条款案例来详细介绍跨境电商B2B信用证软条款应对措施。Cross-border e-commerce is a new format of the international trade industry.At present,cross-border e-commerce among enterprises still adopts a combination of online and offline trade.L/C payment still plays an important role in cross-border e-commerce B2B.As export salesman,can be good at using the letter of credit as a powerful payment tool to prevent the risk of soft terms,according to the letter of credit required documents required to be based on the efficiency and practicality of the basic conditions of the principle,the letter of credit beneficiaries in order to ensure their own Business risk to a minimum,you need to take appropriate measures,including a unified format letter of credit,the standardization of the provisions to ensure timely and full recovery of payment.In this paper,a foreign trade company's cross-border e-commerce export business letter of credit soft case details to introduce the cross-border electricity supplier B2B letter of credit soft clause response measures.
