探讨血清EB病毒基因、癌胚抗原、铁蛋白联合检测在鼻咽癌诊断中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻咽癌(NPC)诊断中联合检测血清EB病毒基因(EBV-DNA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、铁蛋白(SF)的临床价值。方法将我院2016年7月-2017年7月接收的40例NPC患者作为A组,另选同期收治的40例良性鼻炎患者作为B组,再抽取40例健康体检者作为C组,对三组的EBV-DNA、CEA以及SF进行检测,分析这三项指标联合检测对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。结果 A组的三项指标水平高于B组与C组(P<0.05);三种指标联合检测的敏感度显著高于两种指标联合检测,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对NPC采取血清EB病毒基因、CEA、SF联合检测的敏感度高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum Epstein-Barr virus(EBV-DNA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and ferritin(SF)in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Forty cases of NPC patients who received treatment in our hospital from July2016to July2017were selected as group A,40cases of benign rhinitis treated in the same period were selected as group B,and40healthy subjects were selected as group C.EBV-DNA,CEA and SF of three groups were detected.The diagnostic value of the combined detection of these three indexes for NPC was analyzed.Results The three indexes in group A were higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of the three indexes was significantly higher than that of the combined detection of two indexes(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion For NPC patients,the sensitivity of the combined detection of serum EB virus gene,CEA and SF is high,which is worth popularizing.
