摘　　要：水利资源的合理运用对于区域经济的发展有明显的带动作用,水利工程项目的建设和使用给社会带来巨大经济效益同时对自然资源和生态环境也造成一定的影响,因此需要对水利工程环境经济进行完善的损益分析,本文简要分析经济损益的分析方法和评价因素,希望有助于水利行业的健康发展。The rational utilization of water resources has a significant driving effect on the development of regional economy.The construction and use of water conservancy projects bring huge economic benefits to the society as well as certaain impacts on natural resources and ecological environment.Therefore,Environmental economics to improve the profit and loss analysis,this paper briefly analyzes the analysis of economic profit and loss methods and evaluation factors,hoping to contribute to the healthy development of water conservancy.
