摘  要:2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是一种多病因、以糖代谢紊乱为标志的慢性代谢性疾病。随着经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高、人口老龄化的加剧及人们生活方式的变化等多种因素的综合作用,T2DM发病率在迅速增加。糖尿病的管理主要由"五驾马车"组成,其中,饮食治疗是基础,贯穿糖尿病治疗的整个过程。所以,饮食作为控制T2DM患者血糖水平达标的关键因素也被广泛的研究。笔者旨在阐述国内外关于T2DM饮食方案的研究现状,对比其相应饮食方案中宏量营养素比例差异,综述影响血糖的主要饮食方面因素和干预方法,以期对T2DM患者饮食干预策略的实施提供参考依据。Type2diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism,which is caused by multiple pathogenic factors.Due to the development of economy,living standard improvement,population aging and changing life style,the incidence of T2DM increasingly grows.The management of diabetes is mainly composed of five aspects,in which diet therapy is the foundation and runs through the whole process of diabetes treatment.Therefore,as a key factor for controlling blood glucose levels in T2DM,diet has also been widely studied.The authors review the research on dietary management for T2DM at home and abroad,compare the difference of macronutrient ratio in the diet plan,and summarize the main influencing factors and intervention methods that affect blood sugar with the view to providing reference for the implementation of dietary intervention strategy in T2DM patients.
