摘  要:目的探讨应用"2×4"技术配合Ⅲ类牵引矫治替牙期前牙反合的临床效果,并进行定期随诊,观察疗效的稳定性。方法选择替牙期前牙反合30例,应用"2×4"矫治技术粘结托槽和颊面管,使用镍钛圆丝排齐前牙。主弓丝换至0.018英寸不锈钢圆丝后,配合Ⅲ类牵引进行矫治,每4周复诊一次,待前牙反合解除,磨牙关系稳定2~3个月后结束矫治。治疗结束后,嘱患者第3、6、12个月定期随诊。结果 30例患者治疗结束后前牙反合均解除,上下颌前牙排齐整平,定期随诊治疗效果稳定,仅1例出现前牙对刃。结论 "2×4"技术配合颌间Ⅲ类牵引,能有效解除替牙期前牙反合,改善面型,且疗效稳定,是一种简便有效的矫治技术,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and stability of dentition anterior crossbite with the application of2×4and classⅢtraction and regularly follow-up.Methods30patients with mixed dentition anterior crossbite were chosen.Using the"2×4"orthodontic bonding brackets and buccal tube.NiTi wires were apllied to align and level the anterior teeth.When the main arch wire was changed to0.018inch stainless steel wire,classⅢtraction was treated.After the treatment,the patients were followed-up after3,6,12months.Results After the treatment,30patients with anterior crossbite were lifted on mandibular anterior teeth alignment and the crossbite were corrected.Regularly follow-up,the effects of most patients were stable,and only one patient had the trend of recurrence.Conclusion"2×4"technique combined with intermaxillary class III traction can effectively remove the anterior teeth crossbite and improve the facial stability,and it is a simple and effective treatment technique,which is worthy of promotion.
