无汗型外胚层发育不全伴精神发育迟缓一例

摘　　要：先天性外胚层发育不良综合征是由遗传因素引起的一组症候群,本病发病率低,临床多表现为发热,而此症状为大多数感染性疾病所共有,缺乏特异性。临床上因诊断思维局限,易误诊。现将我科近期收治的1例先天性外胚层发育不良患儿的病例资料进行总结,供诊断工作者参考。Congenital ectodermal dysplasia syndrome is a syndrome from genetic factors,with low incidence.The clinical manifestation was fever,and this symptom is common to most infectious diseases,and lack of specificity.In clinic,diagnostic thinking was limited,and misdiagnosis was occurred.Now,1children was treated,for providing diagnostic reference.
