摘 要:健康素养是一种认知和社会技能,决定个人获得、理解和运用信息的动机和能力,以促进和维持健康。健康素养近年来得到越来越多研究者的关注,研究领域涉及多种慢性病,但国内外涉及风湿性疾病患者健康素养的相关研究有限。本文从风湿性疾病患者健康素养的评估工具、健康素养水平及其影响因素、健康素养与健康结局的关系、健康教育材料的可读性和适用性、健康素养的干预性研究等方面进行文献综述,以期为国内同类研究的开展和未来的研究方向提供参考。Health literacy represents the cognitive and social skills which determine the motivation and ability of individuals to access,understand and use information,in order to promote and maintain good health.More and more researchers have paid attention to health literacy in recent years.Although the researches about it involve in a variety of chronic diseases,there are only a few studies focusing on health literacy in patients with rheumatic diseases at home and abroad.We did a literature review of the studies in which recent developments in health literacy of patients with rheumatic diseases were reported,including the assessment tools for health literacy,current situation and associated factors for health literacy,the relationship between health literacy and health outcomes,the readability and applicability of health education materials,and the interventions for health literacy,with a view to providing some references for the development of similar studies and exploration of research directions in future in China.
