摘　　要：三阴性乳腺癌作为一种具有独特流行病学及生物学特征的乳腺癌亚型,侵袭性强、转移率高、预后较差,并且其晚期治疗暂时缺少标准化方案。目前,研究晚期三阴性乳腺癌全身治疗的诸多试验正在进行,并取得了一定成果。本文就近年来晚期三阴性乳腺癌全身治疗的研究进展进行综述。As a breast cancer subtype with unique epidemiological and biological characteristics,triple negative breast cancer has strong invasion,high metastasis rate and poor prognosis.There are few standardized treatment regimens for advanced triple negative breast cancer.At present,many trials about systemic therapy for advanced triple negative breast cancer are going and have made some achievements.The advances in systemic therapy for advanced triple negative breast cancer were reviewed in this article.
