摘　　要：慢性胃炎是消化系统的一种常见多发病,现发病率居众胃病之首。中医认为该病位在胃,与肝、脾两脏关系密切。文章以脾胃功能关系为基础,从中医的角度综述了慢性胃炎的病名、病名病机及辨证分型。深入探究以中医思维预防和治疗慢性胃炎的方式方法。chronic gastritis is a common digestive system disease,is the highest of incidence rate in the stomach diseases.In TCM,the disease is in the stomach and closely related to the liver and spleen.On the basis of the relationship of function in spleen and stomach,the name origin of the chronic gastritis,the pathogenesis of the disease and the dialectical typing of the chronic gastritis were reviewed,to explore the way of preventing and treating chronic gastritis with TCM thought.
