急诊牙龈出血的病因分布及氧化锌碘仿糊剂塞治效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊牙龈出血的病因分布及氧化锌碘仿糊剂塞治效果。方法选取我院2012年4月~2016年4月收治的80例急诊牙龈出血患者作为研究对象。详细收集患者病史资料,分析急诊牙龈出血的病因分布,给予碘酊棉球填塞或氧化锌碘仿糊剂治,比较氧化锌碘仿糊剂塞治临床止血效果。结果局部因素引起的牙龈出血48例,占总数的60.0%,显著高于全身因素引起的牙龈出血40.0%(32/80),比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.400,P=0.011),且经碘酊棉球填塞或氧化锌碘仿糊剂塞治后,虽均于3d内血止,且无感染现象出现,但氧化锌碘仿糊剂治疗时,15min内成功止血患者显著较碘酊棉球填塞治疗高,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.692,P=0.017)。结论急诊牙龈出血病因复杂,包括局部以及全身性因素,氧化锌碘仿糊剂塞能迅速止血,局部暂时止血效果良好,能在确定病因前缓解病人紧张情绪。Objective To investigate the etiological distribution of emergency gingival bleeding and the pack effects of zinc oxide iodoform paste.Methods Eighty cases of patients with emergency gingival bleeding treated in our hospital from April2012to April2016were selected for the study.The medical history data of patients were detailedly collected,and the etiological distribution of emergency gingival bleeding was analyzed,and they were packed with iodine cotton or zinc oxide iodoform paste,and the clinical hemostatic effect of zinc oxide iodoform paste was compared.Results The number of gingival bleeding caused by local factors were48cases(60%),which was significantly higher than that of gingival bleeding caused by systemic factors with40%(32/80)(χ2=6.400,P=0.011).The patients were packed with iodine cotton or zinc oxide iodoform paste,and then the blood was stopped within3days,and there was no infection phenomenon,but the number of patients with successful hemostasis within15min by zinc oxide iodoform paste treatment was significantly higher than that by iodine cotton packing(χ2=5.692,P=0.017)Conclusion The causes of emergency gingival bleeding are complex,including local and systemic factors.The zinc oxide iodoform paste can quickly stop bleeding with a good local temporary hemostatic effect,and can ease the tension of patients before determining the cause.
