摘 要:绩效考评是绩效管理的一个环节。绩效考评一方面有利于民办高校改进教学方法与技术,提高教学质量,促进其整体发展;另一方面有利于教师扬长避短,促进自身全面发展。然而,民办高校在教师绩效考评仍存在一些动机不明确、指标权重设置不合理等问题,已成为民办高校发展的难题。通过分析民办高校教师绩效考评现状及其存在的问题,并针对问题逐一提出相应的对策。Performance appraisal is a part of performance management.It is beneficial to local colleges improving teaching methods and techniques,improving teaching quality and promoting its overall development on the one hand,on the other hand,it makes for teachers’keeping virtues and avoiding shortages and promoting their all-round development.However,there are still some problems in the performance appraisal for private college teacher such as unclear motive and unreasonable index weight,which has become the hinderance to the development of private colleges.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems on performance appraisal for private college teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems.
