西北地区绿色发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：针对西北地区绿色发展的必要性和现实困境展开了论述:绿色发展是实现人与自然和谐、推进生态现代化、实现经济持续发展的需要;但当前西北地区的绿色发展情况不容乐观,仍然存在绿色发展观念落后、自然生态环境脆弱、产业结构单一、发展思路僵化等问题。提出了西北地区绿色发展的对策,树立绿色发展理念、实施绿色发展战略、加强技术创新,实现经济发展与生态保护双赢。As green development is needed to realise the harmony between man and nature,to advance eco-modernisation and to actualise economic sustainable growth,the necessity for green development in Northwest China and realistic difficulties were discussed.Recently,the green development situation there is not optimistic,and its conception still lags with vulnerable natural ecosystems,sole industrial structure,ossification of development ideas,and etc.Thus,countermeasures for green development in the northwest region have been proposed to set up the concept of green development and to implement the strategy for it,to enhance technological innovation,and to realise the win-win for economic development and ecological protection.
