摘  要:目的探索建立稳定、可行的兔脑血管搭桥模型,为临床缺血性脑血管疾病的研究及手术方式的选择提供实验工具。方法将32只新西兰兔随机分为A、B、C、D组,各8只。4组分别给予仅行麻醉及解剖术不行血管搭桥,自体面动、静脉吻合后4、8、12周行面动脉颈-内动脉搭桥术。建模前,成功建模后1、2、3个月由另2名实验员评估动物活动能力,脑血管造影评估血管情况。结果各组均成功建模,兔均存活,与A组比较,B、C、D组活动能力均显著减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但随着时间的延长均逐步恢复,在术后第3个月,A、D组活动能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);行面动脉-颈内动脉搭桥后,各观察时间点复查造影显示B、C、D组均较A组面动脉有不同程度的扩张,其中D组最为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组全脑血管均通畅。结论采用动物面动脉-颈内动脉搭桥具有成功率高、稳定可行的特点,是进行缺血性脑血管疾病研究和干预的较理想模型。Objective To explore to establish a stable and feasible rabbit cerebral vascular bypass(CVB)model to provide an experimental tool for studying the ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD)and selecting the operation mode.Methods Thirty?two New Zealand rabbits were randomized into the group A,B,C and D,8cases in each group.The4groups were given only anesthesia and anatomy without conducting vascular bypass,facial artery internal carotid artery bypass at4,812weeks after autologous facial arteriovenous anastomosis respectively.The animal mobility capacity was evaluated by2experimental technicians before model construction and at1,2,3months after successfully constructing the model.The vascular situation was assessed through cerebral angiography.Results Each group was succeeded in constructing the model.The rabbits all survived.Compared with the group A,the mobility capacity in the group B,C and D was significantly decreased the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but which was recovered along with the time prolonging.The animal mobility capacity at postoperative3months had no statistical difference between the group A and D(P>0.05);after conducting the facial artery internal carotid artery bypass,the angiography re?examination at each observation point showed that the group B,C and D had different degrees of arterial dilation compared with the group A,while which in the group D was most obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cerebral blood vessels were unobstructed in all groups.Conclusion Adopting animal facial artery internal carotid artery bypass has the advantages of high success rate,stability and feasibility which is a more ideal model for conducting the study and intervention on ICD.
