摘 要:由于机械设备的故障会影响生产的正常运行,严重的还会造成人员的伤亡和巨大的经济损失,故对机械设备的振动信号进行采集监测,并作处理和分析。通过卡尔曼滤波和FFT运算、积分优化运算、减小噪声误差,最终将加速度信号转化为位移信号。通过设备运行时产生的振动情况实时掌握设备的运行状态,进而对设备进行故障预警,提前进行维护修理。本系统最终误差率根据不同的振动频率能够控制在合理的误差范围内,符合项目的要求。The failure of mechanical equipment affects the normal operation of the production and causes serious casualties and huge economic losses.In this paper,we collected and monitored the vibration signals of machinery and equipment.Then,the vibration information was processed and analyzed.The Kalman filter and FFT operation were used to optimize the operation of the integral to reduce the noise error.Finally,the acceleration signal was converted into a displacement signal.Through the vibration generated during operation of the equipment,the system could grasp the running status of the equipment in real time,and made early warnings to the equipment for early maintenance and repair.The final error rate of the system could be controlled within a reasonable error range according to different vibration frequencies,which met the project’s requirement.
