摘　　要：目的研究针灸辩证施治减少恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中骨髓抑制的发生。方法选择240例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各120例,根据肿瘤的病理类型和临床分期,选择指南推荐和患者耐受的化疗方案;对照组采用常规对症西药治疗,观察组采用针灸辩证施治,分心脾两虚型、肝肾阴虚型和脾肾阳虚型3型选择不同穴位,直到化疗结束,对比临床效果。结果观察组的骨髓抑制发生率和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后外周血白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白计数无明显变化(P>0.05),而对照组则明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸辩证施治可显著减少恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中骨髓抑制的发生,提高生存质量。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture dialectical therapy decreasing bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of240consecutives were divided randomly into control and ob原servation groups and each of120cases.They were treated according to pathological types and clinical stages of the tumors,and re原ceived chemotherapy recommended by guideline and of patient tolerance.The patients in control group adopted common medicines and they in observation group adopted acupuncture dialectical therapy,including deficiency of both the heart and spleen,Deficiency of Liver-yinand Kidney-yin and deficiency of spleenyang and kidney yang until the end of chemotherapy,then to compare the dif原ferences of effects.Results The rate of bone marrow suppression and proportion of III^IV classes were both significantly lower in observation group(P约0.05).The notes of serum white cell,red cell and hemoglobin after treatment in observation group were no sta原tistical difference than before(P跃0.05),while they were lower in control group(P约0.05).The quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher(P约0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture dialectical therapy could decrease bone marrow suppression dur原ing chemotherapy and improve quality of life.
