摘  要:为满足新经济、新产业对工科人才需求,培养具有工程实践能力的创新型卓越工程人才,国内对新工科建设讨论较为活跃。探索新工科建设背景下地方本科院校无机非金属材料工程专业人才培养模式,对于培养新工科应用型人才,给出了紧密对接地方产业、积极推进创新创业教育、加强师资队伍转型、重视实践教学基地建设、构建新工科背景下新型课程体系的基本思路。According to the need of engineering personnel by new economy and industry and the new requirement of cultivating innovative talents with engineering practices,domestic study and discussion on new engineering education become more active than before.This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing inorganic non-metallic materials engineering in local universities and cultivate professional talents based on new engineering education.Finally,methods like docking local enterprises,promoting the educational reform of engineering education,enhancing university teaching staff transfer,establishing practice teaching base,building newly-formed course-system of the majors based on new engineering education were presented to train qualified engineering talents.
