摘  要:秦汉之际的关中文化,在经历了秦风与诸子的文化交融后,逐步由尚武之风、内施仁政、贤人政治、任用法度、周时的礼乐法度向秦代的专任刑罚过渡,其中始皇帝对于秦风的演变起到了重要的消弭变化的作用。在秦人征战的过程中以及一统政权后的政治作为上,法家、纵横、杂家、阴阳、神仙家起了重要的作用,前三者促进了秦人统一天下的步伐,阴阳家在解释政权的合法性上起到了稳定社会的作用,而神仙家不但没有满足统治者的个人欲望,而且为秦王朝的加速灭亡埋下了祸根。而作为关中之地,本土先儒礼乐文化的根基在楚汉之争的战火中再遭涂炭。The transition of Guanzhong(the central Shaanxi plain)culture during the period of the Qin and Han Dynasty was gradually from martial spirit,benevolence policy,sage politics,using law,rite and music system in the Zhou Dynasty to full-time punishment in the Qin Dynasty,in which the first emperor in Qin played an important role of eliminate changes in the evolution of culture character of Qin.Legalism,political strategists,eclectics,yin and yang,immortal played important roles in the process of conquest and unify the politics,in which the former three promoted the pace of unified the world of Qin,the yin-yang school played an important role of stability in explaining the regime's legitimacy,and the immortals did not meet the ruler's personal desires,but perish a curse of the acceleration of the burry of the Qin Dynasty.In Guanzhong,the basement of native Confucianism Music System culture was undermined in the flames of war between Chu and Han again.
