基于组织传播学视域的高校学生党建工作长效机制研究

摘　　要：组织传播学以传播学的角度研究组织现象,是一门当下潮流的交叉学科。高校的党建工作是高校思想政治教育的核心工作,应顺应时代潮流,在组织传播视域下不断更新工作的方式方法,创新与发展党建工作。文章通过对组织传播学理论与高校学生党建工作的问题分析,阐述高校学生党建工作所面临的机遇与挑战,并基于组织传播学理论探究高校党建工作的创新建设方法。Organizational communication is a popular interdiscipline that studies the phenomena of organization from the perspective of communication.As the core task of ideological and political education of universities,Party building should be innovated and developed with constantly refreshed methods and manners of work from the perspective of the discipline.The paper,on the basis of an analysis of related theories and the problems in Party building among university students,presented a discussion about the opportunities and challenges for the work in the field,and proposed some initiatives based on such theories.
