旅游相关专业毕业生就业意愿及影响因素分析--以高等职业院校为例

摘　　要：高职院校已成为我国旅游行业人才培养的重要核心力量,旅游相关专业毕业生的行业内就业意愿彰显了院校人才培养的效果和质量,目前我国旅游教育与行业人才需求之间并不完全适配,因此梳理国内外研究成果,对安徽省数所高职院校旅游相关专业毕业生进行就业意愿调查,并在此基础上分析影响就业意愿的各因素。When higher vocational colleges become a core source of talents of tourism industry in China,the job-seeking tendencies of the graduates from tourism-related specialties can be considered a mirror of the effects and quality of talent cultivation in these schools.Since present tourism education fails to meet the demands of the industry,a relevant analysis was made among the graduate students of these majors from a few higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province on the basis of a review on both domestic and foreign researches,followed by a further study on the influencing factors.
