摘  要:"超越因材施教"是在教育改革的大背景下对"因材施教"传统教育教学原则进行深刻反思的结果。它不是因材施教的对立面或反面,而是在肯定基础上的升华,不仅强调因材施教的正确实施,而且是对因材施教进行纠偏和超越,旨在通过教师有所为、有所不为的"走心"教育教学。比如对自己的工作有忠诚热爱之心、真心对待自己的学生、与学生进行心灵的沟通和交流、带着情感和温度教书育人、遵循学生成长发展的规律等。发现和挖掘学生的内在潜能,并有针对性地帮助他们把自身潜能转化为显能,逐步实现超越性的发展,不仅超越他们自身的原有水平和层次,还要超越教师的水平和层次。Transcending teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”is the result of a profound reflection on the principles of“teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”under the background of educational reform.It is the sublimation of“to teach by the students’aptitude”,not only emphasizes the correct implementation of this concept,which is beyond the idea,and appeals to carry out education and teaching through the teacher’s“heart”.For example,having a loyal and loving heart for work,treating the students sincerely,communicating with the students with heart,educating students with emotion and love,following the law of students’growth and development,discovering and excavating the potential of students,and helping them turn their aptitude into obvious ability,and gradually achieve transcendental development,not only surpass their original level,but also surpass their teachers’level.
