甘南地区藏汉双语教育存在的问题及其发展对策

摘　　要：对甘南藏族自治州双语教育现状和存在的问题进行了分析和归纳。未来教育是多元文化教育,双语教育又是未来国际社会多元文化的主流。随着社会的发展和经济的建设,民族地区的人才需求越来越多元化,双语人才越来越备受青睐。因此针对甘南藏族自治州民族双语教育,进一步加强和培养藏汉双语人才,提高双语教学质量,推进民族地区的社会稳步发展,提出自己的见解以及发展思路。The present situation and existing problems of bilingual education in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture are analyzed and summarized in this paper.As the education in the future will be diversified,the bilingual education will become the mainstream of multiculturalism in the future international society.With the development of society and the economic construction,the outstanding personnels in the minority concentrated region ought to be more and more diversified,which makes the bilingual ones more and more favoured.Therefore this article puts forward the opinions and developing ideas aiming at the bilingual education in Gannan,to further strengthen and train the bilingual talents of Tibetan and Chinese,improve the quality of bilingual teaching and promote the steady development of the society in ethnic areas.
