摘 要:【目的】为了计算液力变矩器在高转速工况下的受力与变形,避免与周围的结构产生干涉,对液力变矩器在离心载荷作用下的强度进行分析.【方法】借助三坐标测量仪对某车用液力变矩器进行逆向求解并建立模型,基于液力变矩器离心载荷的求解过程,利用ANSYS软件对液力变矩器的结构强度进行计算,得到了100~2 500r/min转速条件下液力变矩器的应力应变情况.【结果】液力变矩器泵轮与涡轮的应力主要集中在叶片的焊接点与壳体外环,最大应力分别为为20.155 MPa和24.031 MPa,最大应变主要分布于壳体外环,分别为6.0431×10^(-3) mm和5.45×10^(-3) mm.应力应变随着转速的增加而增加,且在相同转速时,涡轮的应力应变相对较大.【结论】研究结果可为液力变矩器的结构设计与车辆传动系统的空间设计提供参考依据.【Objective】In order to calculate the stress and deformation of a torque converter under the high rotate speed,and avoid the structural interference from the surrounding,the strength analysis of the torque converter under centrifugal load was proposed.【Method】Three coordinate measuring machine was used to set the model of hydraulic torque converter,the structural strength of the torque converter was calculated by ANSYS software based on the solution process of the centrifugal load,and the stress and strain of the torque converter were obtained at the operating condition of100~2500r/min.【Result】The stress of pump wheel and turbine mainly concentrated on the welding point of the blade and the outer ring of the shell,the maximum stress was20.155MPa and24.031MPa,respectively.The maximum strain was mainly distributed at the outer ring of the shell being6.0431×10-3mm and5.45×10-3mm,respectively.Stress and strain increased with the increase of speed,and the stress and strain of the turbine was larger than that of pump wheel at the same speed.【Conclusion】The results could provide some references for the structural design of torque converter and the space design of vehicle transmission system.
