摘　　要：为了解国内市场上原料及饲料中霉菌毒素污染情况,本试验从市场上收集180份样品,前处理后按照酶联免疫法测定其含量并对数据进行分析。结果表明:呕吐毒素污染较严重,黄曲霉毒素超标率呈下降趋势,玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的超标率呈上升趋势。In order to understand the toxin content and its pollution situation in the raw materials andfeed in the domestic market.A total of180samples were collected from the market.The content of aflatoxin(A F B i),zearalenone(ZEN),vomitoxin(DON)were determined according to the method of Elisa and analyzethe data.The results showed that the vomitoxin contamination in raw material and feed in our country was moreserious,the range of the vomitoxin and zearalenone pollution was increased,the pollution of aflatoxin B1was decreased.
