甘草酸二铵注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱预防结直肠癌术后化疗致药物性肝损伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析甘草酸二铵注射液(甘利欣)联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱预防结直肠癌术后化疗致药物性肝损伤的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受结直肠癌术后化疗的患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予甘利欣治疗,观察组给予甘利欣联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,分析两组的效果。结果治疗后观察组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBLT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)指标低于对照组,其总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘利欣联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱用于结直肠癌术后化疗肝损伤中,疗效显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of druginduced liver injury caused by chemotherapy for diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in prevention of colorectal cancer after operation.Methods76patients received chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38cases in each group.The control group was given Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate for the treatment,the observation group was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine treatment,the effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The serum alanine aminotransferase results after treatment(ALT),total bilirubin(TBLT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)index in observation group were lower than the control group,the total efficiency was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine for colorectal cancer after operation has curative effect.
