摘　　要：现如今人口老龄化的程度正在不断的加重,从而使得心血管疾病的发生率在不断增加,高血压脑出血疾病也在不断上升。高血压脑出血的后果十分的严重,而且患者治疗后预后效果并不好,而且有大多数患者会出现不同程度的后遗症,例如偏瘫或失语等。该病主要是由于颅内血管病变或坏死引起的,属于一种脑血管疾病,目前对该病的发病机制研究不够明确,部分认为与患者长期高血压有关,从而使得周围血管出现了病理改变。针对于此,本研究对高血压脑出血患者的生理病理研究进展进行简要的探索,希望所得结果可为相关研究领域提供有价值的参考。Nowadays,degree of the aging of the population is increasingly aggravating,a lot of the number of patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD)is gradually increased,the prevalence of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients were improved year by year.Patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage consequence is very serious,and after healing after treatment effect is not good,and there are many patients who survive are legacy has serious hemiplegia and aphasia and other sequelae.Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with high blood pressure,because of intracranial vascular lesions and necrosis in a cerebral vascular disease,its specific pathogenesis is not fully clear at present,there are research suggests this may exist for a long time high blood pressure,and patientswith cerebrovascular pathological changes and the surrounding brain tissue,this study for a simple analysis of the physiology and pathology in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage briefly the research progress of exploration,hope the results can provide valuable reference for related research.
