高校大学生户外有氧运动推广中环境影响因素分析与研究

摘　　要：为了提高大学生户外有氧运动的普及度,对高校大学生户外有氧运动推广中环境影响因素分析和研究,采用问卷调查法和基于R型因子剖析法,对调研问卷进行R型因子剖析,依据环境影响因子载荷量较高的变量所具备的相同特性,明确提出对高校大学生户外有氧运动推广中三大环境影响因素分析和研究,给出三大环境因子载荷量,并详细分析了三大环境因子对高校大学生户外有氧运动推广的影响,给出了合理的建议,提高了高校大学生户外有氧运动的可推广性。In order to improve the popularity of outdoor aerobic exercise for college students,the environmental factors in outdoor aerobic exercise for college students were analyzed and studied.Questionnaire survey and R-type factor analysis method were used.The R-type factors were analyzed according to the same characteristics of the variables with higher load of environmental impact factors.In the process of popularizing the social environment factors,the load amount of three environmental factors is given,and the effects of three environmental factors on the outdoor aerobic exercise promotion of college students are analyzed in detail,and some reasonable suggestions are given.It improves the extensibility of outdoor aerobic exercise for college students.
