摘　　要：党的十九大报告中关于如何发展两岸关系的内容有诸多新亮点,对今后两岸关系发展提出了诸多新举措。十九大报告继续坚持"和平统一,一国两制"方针,重申了一个中国原则与"九二共识"的重要性,主张继续扩大两岸交流,在坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整的基础上,进一步明确了两岸展开对话的前提,使得两岸开展经济文化交流更为方便,更加彰显大陆捍卫国家主权和领土完整的决心和能力。保持两岸关系发展政策的连贯性,是指导两岸关系发展的最新纲领,对推动两岸关系的发展具有决定性的指导意义。The contents of the 19th CPC National Congress report on how to develop cross-strait relations have many new highlights,and many new measures have been proposed for the development of cross-strait relations in the future.The 19th CPC National Congress report continued to adhere to the principle of"Peaceful Reunification and One Country,Two Systems."It reiterated the importance of the One-China principle and the"1992 Consensus,"and advocated continuing to expand cross-strait exchanges.On the basis of resolutely defending national sovereignty and territorial integrity,it further clarified the premise for the start of dialogue between the two sides of the strait,making it easier for the two sides to carry out economic and cultural exchanges and highlighting the determination and ability to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity.Maintaining the coherence of the cross-strait relations development policy is the latest guiding principle for guiding the development of cross-strait relations and has decisive guiding significance for promoting the development of cross-strait relations.
