摘　　要：目的分析正常胆囊和胆囊炎胆囊组织中的微量元素。方法用同步辐射X射线荧光(SR-XRF)技术分析了正常胆囊组织、胆囊炎胆囊组织中微量元素的种类、相对含量等。结果根据SR-XRF的结果,在这两种组织中微量元素的种类是相同的,而其显示胆囊炎胆囊组织中微量元素(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)主要集中于黏膜下层,结合病理形态学研究,发现黏膜下微量元素(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)的聚居可能与黏膜下微小结石有关。通过前期BL13W线站μ-CT的研究发现,显微CT能清晰的显示胆囊组织的血管和结构层次,结合病理常规HE染色、免疫组织化学等结果,探讨胆囊结石胆囊炎的发病与微量元素(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)之间的关系。结论正常、炎症胆囊组织中微量元素的相对含量是不同的,可以为胆囊炎的病因及诊疗提供帮助。Objective To analyze the trace elements in the normal gallbladder and cholecystitis.Methods The types and relative contents of trace elements in normal gallbladder tissue and cholecystitis were analyzed by synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence(SR-XRF).Results According to the results of SR-XRF,in a variety of trace elements in the two tissue is the same,and the trace elements of gallbladder tissues with cholecystitis(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)are mainly concentrated in the submucosa,and the settlement of submucosal microelements(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)may be associated with submucosal microlithiasis.Through the study of the early BL13W line station mu-CT,it is found that microscopical CT can clearly display the vascular and structural levels of the gallbladder tissue.The relationship between cholecystitis and microelements(Fe,Ca,Zn,Pb)in cholecystolithiasis was studied by the results of pathological routine HE staining and immunohistochemistry.Conclusion The relative content of trace elements in normal and inflammatory gallbladder tissues is different,which can help the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of cholecystitis.
