摘 要:针对某乘用车在实际测试的稳态回转与蛇行试验工况下,其综合评价计分值未达到设计目标的问题,考虑到车辆载荷及质心位置等偏差,以该乘用车H臂悬架为例,提出基于Isight与Car Sim的悬架C特性稳健性优化方案。首先建立整车模型,根据实测的操稳试验数据验证模型的准确性;对H臂悬架C特性进行灵敏度分析筛选主要影响因素,确定目标函数,通过非支配排序遗传(NSGA-Ⅱ)算法对整车操纵稳定性进行多目标稳健性优化,并将优化结果进行蒙特卡罗验证。验证结果表明,优化后的整车操纵稳定性及其稳健性均有明显改进。该方法相比于传统的经验法,缩短了调试周期,提高了工作效率,节约了开发成本,同时为悬架性能分析确定优化指标提供有效的指导。Point to problem that the comprehensive evaluation score is not ideal for the steady state cornering test conditions and the fish hook test conditions of a passenger vehicle,considering the error of speed and locations of mass center,taking the H-arm suspension of the passenger vehicle as an example,the robust optimization of suspension compliance characteristics based on Isight and CarSim method is proposed.Use CarSim software to model the whole vehicle and by handling stability test to verify the accuracy of the whole vehicle.Utilize Isight software to analyze the degree of influence of bushing stiffness on suspension compliance characteristics to verify the target function.Adopt the Non-dominated sorting genetic(NSGA-Ⅱ)algorithm to optimize the multi-objective robustness of vehicle handling stability,and the optimization results are verified by Monte Carlo method.The result illustrated that both the vehicle handling stability and robustness are improved a lot after optimization.Compared with the traditional experience method,this method shortens the chassis tuning period,improves the work efficiency,saves the development cost,and provides effective guidance for determining the optimization index of suspension performance analysis.
