探究中药对中晚期恶性实体瘤患者化疗疗程的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析中药对恶性实体瘤患者化疗疗程影响。方法抽选我院2012年1月-2015年3月住院治疗的90例恶性实体瘤患者，依照患者住院号奇偶数分为2组，对照组45例接受化疗方案，在此基础上观察组45例加以中药治疗，分析2组化疗情况。结果观察组化疗延长时间、化疗完成率均较较对照组优，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论在恶性实体瘤患者化疗期间辅以中药的应用效果显著，值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on chemotherapy course in patients with malignant solid tumor.Methods Selected in our hospital in January2014-2015year in March90cases of hospitalized patients with malignant solid tumor treatment,in accordance with the number of odd and even number of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups,45patients in control group received chemotherapy,on the basis of the observation group45cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine,analysis of two groups of chemotherapy.Results The duration of chemotherapy and the rate of completion of chemotherapy in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with malignant solid tumors during chemotherapy is significant.
