中药配合子宫动脉栓塞术治疗剖宫产疤痕子宫妊娠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 评价中药配合子宫动脉栓塞术治疗剖宫产疤痕子宫妊娠的临床价值。方法将98例患者随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组（48例），分别使用米非司酮+宫腔镜探查+清宫术+宫宁煎和动脉栓塞+米非司酮+宫腔镜探查+清宫术+宫宁煎进行治疗。比较2组的术中出血、术后血HCG情况、D-二聚体、住院费用。结果研究组术中出血及术后HCG值与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；住院费用明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），D-二聚体2组比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论虽然动脉栓塞增加患者住院费用，但其缩短了手术时间，减少术中出血量，且并未增加术后血栓的形成。是治疗疤痕妊娠的有效方法，值得在临床上推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of uterine arterial embolinzation therapy combined with hysteroscope for Cesaresn scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods98patients of CSP divided into two groups randomLy according to treatment,The research group50cases,The control group48cases.Use the following method respectively,Arterial embolization and hysteroscope and curettage;hysteroscope and curettage.Compare intraoperative bleeding,HCG levels,D-dimer,hospitalization costs.Results In the two groups in intraoperative bleeding,HCG difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group is much better than that in control.The control group is much better than the research group in hospitalization costs.(P<0.05)Two groups differenc in D-dimer was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).Conclusion Uterine arterial embolization and hysteroscope and curettage could be an effective and safe treatment for Cesarean scar pregnancy.
