摘  要:目的 评价分析番泻叶联合甘露醇在影像学检查前的肠道清洁作用。方法随机选取98例我院自2013年1月份至2015年12月份收治的需行MSCT检查的肠道疾病患者,对其影像学资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数表原则将其均分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受番泻叶进行清肠,试验组接受番泻叶联合甘露醇进行清肠,待2组患者排除清便后再行MSCT影像学检查,对比分析2组患者的成像质量、清肠效果、副反应情况。结果试验组患者影像图像质量优良率与总有效率分别为95.9%和100.0%,明显优于对照组(81.6%、81.6%),且对照组总不良反应率为85.7%(42/49),试验组为16.3%(8/49),优势明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于需行MSCT检查的肠道疾病患者而言,番泻叶联合甘露醇的清肠方式效果理想,影像图像优质,安全可靠,值得临床应用借鉴。Objective To evaluate the senna with mannitol in imaging examination before intestinal cleaning effect.Methods RandomLy selected98cases in our hospital from December in January2013to2015were treated patients with intestinal diseases underwent MSCT examination.The imaging data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the principle of random number table will be divided into control group and experimental group,the control group received Senna Qingchang,experimental group accepted Senna with mannitol Qingchang,to be two groups of patients were excluded from the Qing Dynasty after MSCT examination,comparative analysis of the imaging quality of the two groups of patients,the clearing effect and side effects.Results:Analysis Patients in the experimental group image quality,excellent and good rate and the total effective rate was95.9%,100.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(81.6%,81.6%)and in the control group,the total adverse reaction rate for the85.7%(42/49)in the test group was16.3%(8/49),have obvious advantages,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with intestinal diseases requiring underwent MSCT examination,senna combined with mannitol in the bowel way effect is ideal,image quality,safe and reliable,it is worth clinical application of reference.
