摘　　要：目的 探讨影像引导下大分割三维适形放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效；方法选择我院2016年11月~2017年10月收治的早期非小细胞肺癌患者50例为研究对象，比较2组患者的近期疗效、不良反应及生活质量；结果观察组的近期疗效、不良反应及生活质量显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；结论影像引导大分割三维适形放疗治疗早期非小细胞肺癌可显著改善患者的预后，提高患者的生活质量，操作安全、可靠，值得借鉴。Objective To explore the image guided by large three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment of the clinical efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer;Methods From February2015to February2016were early50patients with non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)as the research object,compared two groups of patients in the near future curative effect,adverse reaction and quality of life;Results The recent curative effect of observation group,adverse reaction and quality of life significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion image guided large three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment early can significantly Improve the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and improve the patient's quality of life,safe and reliable operation,and is worth using for reference.
