摘  要:社会变革给教师教育带来巨大挑战,提出了规范标准与开拓创新的两难性课题。近代以来的教师教育,演变至今大致形成了中国特色的教师教育。政治多元化、经济全球化和教育国际化向教师教育提出了培养杰出人才和学会共生两大使命。当代中国教育存在着社会主义初级阶段社会背景、教育实践缺乏理论支撑、传统文化影响较深三大特征。按照新时期的"好老师标准",融贯中西文化精髓,创造性完成时代赋予我们的两大使命,破解两难问题,为国家和民族复兴,为世界和谐共生作出时代贡献。Social change has brought great challenges to teacher education,and it puts forward the dilemma of normative standards and innovation.Since modern times,teacher education has evolved into a teacher education with Chinese characteristics.Political pluralism,economic globalization and internationalization of education put forward two missions for teacher education:training outstanding talents and learning symbiosis.There are three characteristics in the contemporary Chinese Education:the social background of the primary stage of socialism,the lack of theoretical support for educational practice,and the deep influence of traditional culture.According to the new period of"good teacher",we shall make contributions to the rejuvenation of China and the harmonious coexistence of the world by combining Chinese and Western cultural essence and completing two missions with creativity.
