摘 要:目的:研究微生态制剂在早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis,NEC)中的防治效果。方法:分析84例低出生体重(low birth weight neonates,LBW)早产儿的临床资料。根据不同的治疗方案,将入选患儿分成观察组(服用微生态制剂,n=39)和对照组(未服用微生态制剂,n=45)两组。比较两组患儿的一般资料、NEC发病率及手术治疗率、干预前后肠道菌群的变化情况。结果:观察组NEC发病率(12.8%)低于对照组(33.3%)(P<0.05);两组患儿NEC分期及手术治疗率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组患儿的细菌、球菌、杆菌总数及杆球菌比值均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);且观察组的细菌、球菌、杆菌总数及杆球菌比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微生态制剂可有效防治早产儿NEC,稳定肠道菌群,安全性好,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the prevention and cure effect of micro-ecologic agent on necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm infants(NEC).Methods:Clinical data of 84 preterm infants with low birth weight neonates(LBW)were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatments,preterm infants were divided into the observation group(taken micro-ecologic agent,n=39)and control group(non-taken micro-ecologic agent,n=45).The general information,the occurrence rates of NEC,the surgical treatment rates,the changes of intestinal microflora before and after intervention in two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence rate of NEC in observation group(12.8%)was obviously lower than that in control group(33.3%)(P<0.05).The NEC staging and the surgical treatment rates in two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total number of bacteria,cocci,bacilli and streptococcus ratio after intervention were obviously higher than those before intervention in two groups(P<0.05),and the total number of bacteria,cocci,bacilli and streptococcus ratio in observatjion group were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The micro-ecologic agent can prevent the occurrence of NEC,stabilize the intestinal microflora,It is safe and worth of promoting.
