腹腔内温热灌注化疗对结直肠癌术后腹腔内复发的预防效果探讨

摘　　要：目的研究分析腹腔内温热灌注化疗对结直肠癌术后腹腔内复发的预防效果。方法将入四川省泸州市人民医院进行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者62例作为研究对象,所有患者就诊时间为2016年1月—2017年6月期间,将62例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组患者术后进行腹腔内温热灌注化疗,对照组患者术后以常温进行灌洗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果术中、术后1个月、术后2个月,观察组患者IL-2、TNF-α水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者腹腔内复发、肝转移人数比对照组低,3年生存人数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔内温热灌注化疗对结直肠癌术后腹腔内复发的预防效果较好,临床应用价值较高,应推广采纳。Objective To analyze the prophylactic effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer.Methods From January2016to June2017,62patients with colorectal cancer treated by surgery were selected as the subjects.The62patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31cases in each group.Observation group received intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy.Control group were lavaged at normal temperature.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The levels of IL-2and TNF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at1months,2months after operation.The number of peritoneal recurrence and liver metastasis in observation group was lower than those in control group.The number of3year survival was higher than that in control group,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy has a better preventive effect on postoperative recurrence of colorectal cancer and has a higher clinical value,and it is worth promoting.
