摘  要:幕课是多媒体计算机和网络技术在教育领域应用的产物,具有规模宏大、开放性及自由性的特点,改变了传统的教学方式,促进了高校优质教育资源的全球共享。本科教学是医学教育最基础的教学环节,呼吸内科又是内科学教学的重点学科之一,随幕课的迅速发展,幕课融入呼吸内科的本科教学成为必然趋势。分析了传统教学的不足,幕课的概念和特点,两者联合可以丰富学习资源,提高学生的学习兴趣,提高教师的教学水平,必然会提高呼吸内科的教学质量。MOOC is coming from the application of multimedia computer and network technology in the field of education.With the characteristics of large scale,openness and freedom,the traditional teaching method has been changed.It has a great effect on medical education.Undergraduate teaching is the basic teaching of medical science.Respiratory medicine is also one of the key subjects in the internal medicine.With the rapid development of MOOC,it has become an inevitable trend for integrating into the teaching of respiratory medicine.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching,scene concept and characteristics of the MOOC,the combination can enrich the learning resources,improve students'interest in learning,improve the teaching level of teachers.It will improve the quality of teaching of respiratory medicine.
