摘 要:随着1993年原卫生部关于实施《临床住院医师规范化培训试行办法》的通知的出台,临床住院医师规范化培训在全国范围内逐渐开展起来。经过十余年的实践,积累了一些经验。PBL是一种具有先进理念的教学模式,已经为国内医学院校所广泛熟悉。以中国知网中文文献为基础,就国内住院医师培训中采用PBL教学的现状进行综述。With the release of the document“notice on the implementation of standardized training of clinical residents”by Ministry of Health in1993,the standardized training of has been gradually carried out.After more than ten years of practice,some experience has been accumulated.Problembased learning(PBL)is an advanced teaching model,which has been widely known among medical schools in China.This paper summarizes the current situation of PBL teaching in standardized training of residents,based on the Chinese literature in CNKI.
