区域科技与金融有效结合模式及机制研究

摘　　要：科学技术是推动创新发展的加速器,科技创新离不开金融支持,而金融发展也需要科技创新的推动。在文献分析基础上,对西咸新区科技与金融结合现状进行评价,指出其在政府政策、中介服务与金融机构3个方面存在问题。针对上述问题,借鉴现有科技与金融结合模式,提出西咸新区应选择政府-市场双核驱动发展模式,进而提出基于参与主体和企业成长生命周期的科技与金融结合机制。The development of science and technology is the accelerator to promote the development of innovation,the innovation of science and technology could not be separated from the support of finance,and the development of finance needs the promotion of scientific and technological innovation.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper evaluates the development status of the combination of science and technology and finance in Xixian new area,and points out the problems existing in the three aspects of government policy,intermediary services and financial institutions in the combination of science and technology and finance in Xixian new area.To solve these problems,using existing technology and financial integration mode,put forward the Xixian new area combination of technology and finance should choose the government market dual core driven development model,and then participate in the main growth and the life cycle of the combination of technology and finance system based on the
