微波膨胀黄精颗粒在卷烟中的应用研究

摘　　要：为探索黄精在卷烟滤嘴中的应用可行性,采用微波膨胀技术对市售黄精进行微波膨胀处理,并对比了膨胀黄精颗粒复合滤嘴和普通醋纤滤嘴在卷烟烟气常规、7项有害物质释放量及感官评吸质量上的差异。结果显示,膨胀黄精颗粒复合滤嘴可以降低卷烟主流烟气中苯酚、NH3、巴豆醛等有害物质的释放量,其降幅分别为13.14%、9.72%、6.55%;并且膨胀黄精颗粒复合滤嘴可以与卷烟香气保持谐调,提升卷烟香气量和降低刺激性。In order to study the feasibility of the application of sealwort in cigarette filter,sealwort particles available in the market were expanded via microwave treatment and applied to cigarette filter.The conventional components,7harmful components in mainstream smoke,and sensory quality of cigarette with sealwort filter were analyzed and compared with those of cigarette with regular acetate filter.The results indicate that,the release of phenol,ammonia,and crotonaldehyde in mainstream smoke of cigarette with sealwort filter were reduced by13.14%,9.72%,6.55%,respectively;Sealwort particle in cigarette filter can not only keep harmony with the aroma of the cigarettes,but also promote cigarette aroma quantity and reduce the irritation.
